Gaurav was born in India and he moved to the US with his family when he was 14. His father decided to relocate the family to DC close to where Nats Park is today. Looking back on his teen years, Gaurav is in awe of the incredible revitalization and improvements in his old neighborhood.
He went on to earn a business degree from George Mason University. Most memorable concert? Linkin Park. He’s a big fan of the Jason Bourne and Mission Impossible movies. And he’s a podcast guy who also loves rap, R&B, country, and Punjabi music.
And if you’re curious what gets him out of bed each morning, he’ll tell you without hesitation that it’s his family.. He has a playful spirit and will do anything to make his kids smile. A perfect day involves lots of coffee, lots of time outdoors playing basketball or football with his boys, then a movie, a great dinner, and a little Topgolf.
Gaurav has a strong entrepreneurial spirit (a trait he likely inherited from his father) and he’s focused on creating the best future possible for his family. That’s one of the reasons he was drawn to the Speicher Group. The opportunity, the possibilities, and a collaborative team that pulls you up, pitches in, and helps each other crush their goals.
