Andrea loves living in Montgomery County because she’s close to everything — mountains, hiking trails, great restaurants, and beaches. In fact, her dream day with nothing on her to-do list would find her on a secluded beach somewhere hanging with friends and listening to good music. And that music would probably be… Bad Bunny. Her playlists have so much Bad Bunny it’s not even funny (sorry). She’s a *huge fan*. His stadium tour was amazing and his music (really, all Latin music) makes her want to jump up and dance.
A lesson from her dad is one she carries with her to this day. He taught her to respect all forms of life…even the spiders and the worms. Valuable advice that nurtured her caring spirit, led to a deep love of animals (dogs especially), and made her super curious to learn more about people and how and why we do the things we do. It’s also one of the many reasons she chose to work with Speicher Group. It was an easy decision because she says this team genuinely cares about not only her business success but her personal well being, too.

Andrea earned a degree in communication with a history minor from the University of Maryland. She loves a good Cyber Monday or Black Friday deal. And she’d love to visit every country in Central and South America someday to connect more deeply to her Latin heritage. Family is everything and she holds sweet memories of family vacations to Niagara Falls and a special trip to Acapulco where she still pictures the little fish in the crystal blue waters swimming all around her.

Andrea was amazing throughout our entire home-buying experience. We were buying at a chaotic time in the market, and had to tour dozens and dozens of houses. Andrea was available to help us tour at the drop of a hat and was super helpful and supportive the whole time.
