Meet Peggy Lyn
Peggy Lyn was the recipient of the 2013 ATHENA Award. The ATHENA Award is presented to an individual who is recognized for professional excellence, for providing valuable service to their community and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.
Peggy Lyn served on the Board of Directors of Success In Style/Charity’s Closet. Success In Style’s mission is to assist women and men in crisis become employed and self-sufficient.

Additionally, Peggy Lyn Speicher shares her real estate expertise through industry and business organizations. She has spoken before thousands of agents nationwide on her profession and her success, and she has been featured in many news outlets for her accomplishments. In addition, Peggy Lyn Speicher was a featured speaker at the inaugural WIRE – Women Influencing Real Estate event held in Huntington Beach, California, in September 2016. The event aimed to help female real estate agents to enhance their industry knowledge and grow their professional networks, and she was honored to be among the experts selected to share their insights at the conference.
As one of ten children, Peggy Lyn enjoys family, gardening, cooking, fine wine, and travel. She is married to Chris Speicher, a successful sales and marketing executive who is also a broker with Hawai'i Life Real Estate Brokers and Co-Founder of the Speicher Group. They have a 26 year old daughter who graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, then graduated from Naval OCS in 2018, and is now a Lieutenant, Junior Grade in the United States Navy based in San Diego, California.

Andrea was such a pleasure to work with, very accommodating to our schedules and she never missed a home showing, even if the drive was far! We felt as if she had our back throughout the entire process and now my girlfriend and I are happy in our new home :)
Kathleen went above and beyond for us at every step of the buying process. Example: on closing day the house still had multiple items in it but she went over early and made sure everything was taken care of so we could proceed to close on time. At every step her knowledge and skills were exemplary. Her response rate was always extremely speedy. She is the best Realtor we have ever had as she helped us find the perfect home in a neighborhood that fit all our criteria. She is truly professional and we plan to work with her again.
You cannot go wrong with Amie Wisely!!! She made the buying experience extremely exciting and stress free. Any properties we were interested in, she always offered to take the time to show us and address any questions we may have. She is very professional while also maintaining a personable approach and was very knowledgeable when it came to homes and the buying process. I had spoken with her from the beginning without having any official commitment to having her as our Realtor, and as we began to get more serious, I knew that Amie was the right person to help us find our dream home! Kathleen was absolutely fabulous to work with! As first-time home buyers, she made the process so easy for us. She was very transparent and responsive throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, she had our best interests in mind. Kathleen asked us a lot of questions upfront to gauge our wants and needs in order to create a thorough list of homes for us to see. She worked around our schedules and was able to meet with us at all different times throughout the week. She was very knowledgeable in assisting with the development of our offer; this, along with Kathleen's positive reputation as an agent, put us at a great advantage in comparison to other buyers who were putting in offers. During the process, she provided us with reputable contacts as needed, all who were equally responsive and helpful (inspection company, mortgage company). Overall, we had an awesome experience working with Kathleen and we would definitely recommend her!
Todd is a great agent who understood my home buying needs very well and showed me specific properties so I didn't have to search for too long. He has a good insight of the Ellicott City neighbourhood I wanted to buy in so would definitely recommend Todd to anyone who is looking at properties in Howard County!

Ryan McKevitt is at the top of his game. We had looked up his team online, and he called us the next day. Fast forward over a year later, we were ready to pull the trigger. We got the first home we put a contract on and closed on time. I love that he isn't afraid to jump in help with the coordination of contractors. I would highly recommend Ryan.
