Kam Khazai

Simply put, Kam does all he can to make things better.

Better for the clients he serves, better for the colleagues he works with, and better for the family he loves.

Born and raised in Montgomery County in a close family, he feels lucky to have grown up in one of the country’s biggest melting pots. It’s one of the many reasons he and his wife have chosen to raise their four boys here, too.

When he’s not working with clients, you can find him coaching his son’s flag football team. Football is a big deal in his family. He's played football throughout his life and is a diehard NFL fan. He also enjoys the Marvel movies, stand up comedy, and 90's sitcom reruns. And, his bucket list includes dreams of visiting China or Southeast Asia to feast on their magnificent food.

Speaking of food, Kam’s passion outside of work is cooking. He loves authentic Chinese and Korean food but Mexican is his go-to. And did we mention that he and his wife (an award-winning baker) are celebrities? They appeared on the reality TV cooking show, “Chopped” a few years back —and won!

Kam is a DIY-er who enjoys teaching his kids how to build, fix, and repair things. Everything from working on the motor on their tractor, repairing issues around the home, or building a big outdoor Christmas decoration for their home. This quality time with his family is what he lives for. And whether it’s working on a project at home or playing in the sand at the beach, if he’s with family, it’s always the best day.

Kam spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry learning the fine art of delivering great service to guests, clients, and employees and he’s carried those lessons with him to build a successful career in real estate. His philosophy is simple: take good care of the people around you and everything else will fall into place.
